3.1 One Account Per Player

• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of goodwill or reputation.
• Any losses arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond bmw553's reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

bmw553's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bmw553 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bmw553's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

bmw553 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon termination of your account, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification and the deduction of any amounts owed to bmw553.
